Specialized Initiatives

Kids Café- A partnership with Care & Share that enables the Club to provide nutritional snacks to members every day during the school year and lunch and snack during summer months.

 

Send Hunger Packing- A partnership with Care & Share that enables the Club to provide families in need of additional food support with backpacks every Friday filled with food for the entire weekend.

 

Health Outreach- Full-time staff member dedicated to assisting eligible youth and families in securing or renewing applications for Medicaid and CHP+.  Health Outreach Coordinator also assists members and families in accessing necessary resources from other nonprofit agencies.
